3D Modeling Services

At Formed2Fit, we bring your ideas to life with precision, creativity, and technical expertise. Whether you're an entrepreneur prototyping a new product, an artist transforming a concept into a digital sculpture, or a business needing custom parts—our 3D modeling services are tailored to fit your needs.

What We Offer

  • Custom 3D Design

  • From napkin sketches to detailed CAD drawings, we turn concepts into high-resolution 3D models ready for prototyping or production.

  • Reverse Engineering

  • Have a physical object you need recreated digitally? We use professional 3D scanning and modeling tools to replicate, redesign, or modify existing parts with accuracy.

  • Product Prototyping

  • We specialize in designing functional and aesthetic prototypes—perfect for pitching, testing, or market validation.

  • Artistic and Technical Models

  • We handle both organic sculpting (for characters, props, and decorative items) and precision modeling (for mechanical and industrial parts).

  • 3D Print-Ready Files

  • Every model we create is optimized for 3D printing, whether for FDM, resin, or SLS production. We also offer print services—so your design doesn’t stop at the screen.

PROTOTYPING CHECKLIST

We've created this checklist to ensure that you're ready for the first steps of prototyping.

  • Have a Non-Disclosure Agreement!

You need to protect your intellectual property! There are many sites that provide free NDA’s. NDA’s For Free is a great example.

  • Have a sketch or drawing with measurements!

Have a sketch or drawing with measurements preferably in millimeters over inches. The benefit of millimeters it that it allows you to be exact with the dimensions of your design, and consequently with the accuracy of your final prototype.

  • Research regulations and laws!

Make sure you’ve researched all the regulations and laws regarding the production or end-use of your idea. Nothing is worse than spending money and time designing something that you won’t be able to sell because it doesn’t meet the country’s laws or regulations.

  • Know the file format required for manufacturing!

If you plan on mass-producing your idea, make sure you’ve contacted a manufacturer and know what type of files are required for production. This will ensure we can provide exactly what you need.
