Evolution of 3D Printing Houses

The benefit of 3D printed houses is time and cost. With Winsun successfully 3D printing villas earlier this year I decided to compile a collection of video's showing the evolution of 3D printed houses and the potential of this technology.

Architects around the globe are racing to build the world's first 3D printed houses - a breakthrough with profound implications for housing affordability and customization. In China, a company named Winsun this year said it built 10 3D printed houses in just one day. The reported cost for each: just $5,000.

A private company in Shanghai used 3D printers to print 10 full-sized houses in just one day.
